On 16-17th of  July, 2013 International Workshop: "Project Management– Cross-sectorial Collaboration " was held in Tbilisi. It was the 5th workshop in the series of Capacity Building events envisaged within the framework of the project Regional Co-operation for Cultural Heritage Development  funded by the European Union. Participants of the workshop came from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Japan and Ukraine. Each of them presented cases from their own countries and shared their experiences as project leaders or project coordinators for varied conservation projects. The presentation of cases ended with a lively discussion on the challenges faced in each of the countries with respect to coordinating conservation works between the wide spectrum of stakeholders. Participants outlined some of the main issues which will be formulated in the coming weeks into a recommendation document.
